Could be the fact that due to the previous relationship traumatizing them and leaving them in an emotional state of pain and that they find it hard to trust people and confide in them and in turn making it hard to love somebody new or love a new person because you're still kind of stuck on the past not necessarily stuck on the person but more so stuck on the past and the memories and wanting to go back to that and although it's not easy, we can.

So I didn't know it only records up to 29 seconds but although it's not easy eventually we have to learn to not necessarily forget because I mean it's in the past for a reason but move on and accept that it happened for a reason I know like like that quote states don't cry because it's over smile because it happened real
