We all get stressed and we all have our bad days where we don't wanna get up out of bed or do anything we don't wanna clean nothing we just want to lay there maybe even later with our babies and watch some TV but we do not want to do any work on those days what is it that you do to help you get up and be ready for the day no matter how bad you want to stay in bed for me I'd like to get up maybe take a Shower Or make my coffee but coffee doesn't always help with your bad day it just helps you know wake up oh But the showering is definitely something that helps me just relax and just stand there with the hot water running on me is the best feeling in the mornings when I am just not feeling the day at all
