So, anyone that has any kind of self-esteem will actually register on the narcissistic spectrum. But, whenever you're talking about the stereotypical narcissist, they actually have a lot of self-hatred and pain they haven't dealt with, and they don't realize they're manipulating other people.

The challenge or caveat to that is that they have to, they can only manipulate another person that allows that to happen. So, you know, you have to have someone that I guess would be codependent that would not have boundaries for that to work.
