Anyone should be able to make any type of music that they are inspired by. No culture should gatekeep music and anyone should be able to create what they're inspired by.

Absolutely. Music of all things should be the one place that there's no claim laid. Like that's our people's music. Once you record that shit, once it's in the air, it belongs to everybody.
