Well, I like to go a step further and I like to tell you that mental health doesn't only affect relationships. It can affect all areas of your life. All the other areas, right? And the relationship is not only about the relationship, but also the relationship with your family.
And the relationships are not only the intimate ones, it can affect your work relationships, it can affect your all kinds of relationships, not just your relationship with your partner or your sex life.
You know, the most important relationship that hurts is a relationship with yourself. You are not in tune with yourself. That's the primary relationship that hurts.
I would also like to tell you that mental health has everything to do with the chemical imbalance inside your body That you can rectify and cure by diet, proper dieting and-
These options should be explored first before trying out any medications. Go to a psychologist if you are mentally not fit. It's no shame and that is just a conversation.
You have three possessions, your mind, your body and your spirit. Take care of everything, take care of your mind, take care of your body, take special care of your spiritual life, your spirit. Very important.

I think childhood trauma experiences have things with mental health issues later on as adults. And then we try to suppress those issues with drugs or alcohol.
To try to suppress the issues that camouflage the reality that we're living, you know, football, baseball, stuff like that. Those are all distractions of reality.
