Hey guys and girls are non Bahraini schools. Mental health Question of the day. Does your mental health affect your romantic relationships? If so, how so? Let me know in the comments below.
Absolutely. You know sometimes you gotta take some time for yourself. And if you're not at your best for you, how can you give your best to your partner?
Yeah, that's cool. I think that's really, I think it's really positive and it's needed. One, to be able to share that, you know, that's a part of who you are. Also, feel that support and give that support to your partner as well. Thank you, Brie.
yes it does absolutely I had an experience I wasn't aware that this person that I'm dating is going through depression and at that time I felt neglected because sometimes he would hit the hay with
without even updating me or letting me know what's up, what's going on, because I would appreciate that but of course he eventually expressed that to me that he's going through depression and so I realized that he simply wants an early night and wants to be alone.
and just wants to be alone, you know, and we all need that for sure and I understand that and so having a good communication, open communication is really key
Absolutely, I have been in a relationship that has ended in separation because we just couldn't work around our mental health crises colliding and entwining each other basically so yeah, had to go do me solo.
Because this is stereo linguist, this is where people have conversations and specifically this is sound bites where you get to leave a comment or ask a question, maybe spark a conversation.
I'm interested in a lot of different things. You know, humans are interesting. I don't think you need to be a psychiatrist or a psychologist to be interested in people's mental health.
Hey Hillary, thank you for the response, I appreciate you. Well, if it's never come up, it's never come up. So, yeah, thank you for your response, I appreciate you.
