Meaning, like fighting and arguing and putting you down and you know all the negatives. Never positive is what I mean, if that makes sense.

Absolutely. You know sometimes you gotta take some time for yourself. And if you're not at your best for you, how can you give your best to your partner?

It can do. My partner is aware of that and I'm aware of their mental health as well and it's just about working through it together.

Yeah, that's cool. I think that's really, I think it's really positive and it's needed. One, to be able to share that, you know, that's a part of who you are. Also, feel that support and give that support to your partner as well. Thank you, Brie.

without even updating me or letting me know what's up, what's going on, because I would appreciate that but of course he eventually expressed that to me that he's going through depression and so I realized that he simply wants an early night and wants to be alone.

and just wants to be alone, you know, and we all need that for sure and I understand that and so having a good communication, open communication is really key

Absolutely, I have been in a relationship that has ended in separation because we just couldn't work around our mental health crises colliding and entwining each other basically so yeah, had to go do me solo.

I feel like the only way it can mess up your relationship if the other person is messing with your mental health.

Why are you concerned about this issue?

Not concerned, linguist, simply asking a question.

Okay, why do you want to know? Why do you want to know this? Can you explain?

Because this is stereo linguist, this is where people have conversations and specifically this is sound bites where you get to leave a comment or ask a question, maybe spark a conversation.

So are you a psychologist or a psychiatrist? How do you explain your interest towards this topic?

I'm interested in a lot of different things. You know, humans are interesting. I don't think you need to be a psychiatrist or a psychologist to be interested in people's mental health.

I've never asked that question. I'd say it does, but they don't tell me it does affect our relationship. I don't know. Hi London, hope you're well.
