Hello, Y'all, I have a question for you. Is that how can you help yourself if you don't even know what the problem is in terms of, like emotions emotionally?
The fact that you want to help yourself and that you are aware that there is something going on, then there is a problem. And for me facing the problem is to sort things out and know the root cause.
I believe that if you're sad, you're frustrated or angry or any type of emotions that you're feeling, it stems from something and that there is root cause to it. And the practical way that I would do is to...
I would reflect on my own and ask some questions like why do I feel this way? Why do I feel angry or? anxious or sad what's the reason behind this and I will be honest to myself
This is why it's so important that when people give you critique, you listen instead of getting pissy and going off and doubling down on your shitty opinion. It's the only way to improve as a person.
I think you know exactly what the problem is. You're just too afraid to face it, you know? But we get it. Emotions, they are very scary sometimes because they can change so easily.
You can also think of the stimulus that is affecting these changes so that you can pinpoint where exactly should you focus your whole attention to to be able to help yourself.
