I'm trying to figure out, what's the question? What? Hold on, spin the block. What is he talking about? I'm all the way confused.

Grand Rising Dreamy shout out to you. So I don't, how do I put this? I don't spend that time with myself every day. I can easily go a week without it, two weeks, three weeks, even months at a time. However, I do want to put out that there are health benefits done by scientific research.

There are scientifically proven health benefits to spending that quality time with oneself at least once a day. It can help regulate hormones. It's a good natural pain reliever. It can balance someone out when they're feeling stressed. It can help someone sleep. These challenges can actually probably be detrimental to health.

These types of challenges that people do and encourage other people to do can actually be detrimental to one's health. Considering that there has been scientific research completed and concluded with more than 15 health benefits to spending that quality time with yourself. So I wouldn't recommend people participate in this.

Considering that this goes against scientific research, that has concluded that spending time with yourself in this way, that goes against this challenge this person is doing, is actually good for your health. So, that's my take on it, but unfortunately religion tries to even shun out scientific research for its own gain.

So, I googled this person's information given in the video and this person is actually wrong. He is not giving the right information to help him with his cause. In fact, he is not aware, it seems, of the scientific research that shows otherwise of what he is saying.

Scientific research has proven that sex and masturbation do not affect someone's performance so much that they cannot gain muscle. In fact, scientific research shows that it actually has the opposite effect, meaning that someone who has a healthy, balanced sex life or healthy, balanced masturbation life, it actually does help them in the gym.
