good morning guys and girls and on Barney schools, it's the mental health question of the day. How comfortable are you sharing with people that you're closer to when you're struggling with your mental health? Leave a comment down below.

I've always been an oversharer so I don't have any issues doing it but I always double check with them that they have some mental capacity to talk about my mental health in that moment because sometimes you're dealing with your own crap and you can't take on any others.

Well, I'll share it with fucking, I'll share it with passing strangers. Somebody will be like, Uh-huh, Brittany, you're so funny. And I'll be like, huh, thank you. I have been through a lot of trauma and I take a lot of medication.

So I've done oversharing and I've done repression, but these days I'm on the need to know basis. Like if my mental state is affecting the way we hang out, I feel obligated to let you know, hey, I'm feeling this type of way. But I'm only close to like three people right now.

When it comes to the people that I'm close to, I'm definitely an oversharer and I will let everybody know that I'm overwhelmed, I can't do it because I need to make it through the day. But with everyone else, I sometimes throw hints.

The people I was around didn't really care for my mental health and I had to get her this specific person out of my life because I was always worried about her mental health and being there for her but it was never recuperating so I

So I always felt like I had to do it by myself and heal and just be strong in mind alone because of that person. And I no longer allow myself that feel like I can not talk to other people.

I have recently got a lot more comfortable with it, that's a lie, I'm still not comfortable with it. I push myself out of my comfort zone to make sure that I share with people.

Thank you for sharing Beth, I appreciate you. I think it's very important for us to push those boundaries a little bit and learn to share more with people. So thank you for that, appreciate you.

Well, previously it would be very uncomfortable. It was not comfortable at all. Sharing things with people, I would not tell anyone anything about any of my struggles.

It took a toll on my mental health and since then I've learned to open up little by little bit by bit until now I'm more comfortable talking to people close to me when I'm struggling.

I'm pretty comfortable with it, but the person has to be close to me. Like, I'm not just going around saying it to acquaintances or coworkers, you know?

I'm an oversharer, I will tell anyone, and I will even tell strangers, and I'm really open with it than I have before, but just not to other people, because they might not understand, I have close friends and I tell them all the time.
