If they don't see anything wrong with it and you can let it go, then just let it be. But if you really want them to get it, you have to learn to speak their language, something that matters to them, and express it their way.
Personally, I have to care about the person first. Like deep down genuine concern. Or else, you know, they can do their biz and if it doesn't affect me then... Is there a life?
Best thing you can do is cut your losses and move along. Cause ain't nobody got that type of time to be sitting there trying to convince somebody to see the ills of their errors when they don't feel like there are any. Just move along.
Unfortunately, you can't if they aren't going to admit to anything. The best thing you can do in that situation is just leave them to be blissfully ignorant. Then, you know, eh, oh well.
Hold it. You can't hold anybody accountable. Hold yourself accountable. You can hold how you're going to treat somebody forward. You can establish your boundaries, but you need authority to hold somebody else accountable.
