Right now, at this moment in my life, I'm 21, and I would say something I don't like for twice the wage because I'm trying to up my bread so that I can do something that I want to do for the rest of my life. Like, later on.
Fantastic question. There's a saying that I'm about to butcher. It's something like do a job that you absolutely love and you'll never have to work a day in your life. That's what I try and do. I'd much rather do something I love.
Definitely something that I like and here's why. I personally have already worked my dream job and it was amazing because I didn't feel like I was working. I was doing something I genuinely enjoyed.
And I would choose that every day, any day over making more money. Because in my experience, money comes and goes, you know, but your mental health can take a really sharp decline if you don't feel good.
If you hate where you work, you hate management, you hate your peers, it's it's not worth it, it really isn't. Rather it'd be better to be somewhere where you feel refreshed than somewhere where you just want to gawse your eyes out every day.
