For me, it is very important. It is vital because it can deteriorate our performance at work and not just at work but also our relationship, our behavior in our relationship, you know.

Especially to our generations who don't have just one regular job but also have a lot of jobs on the side, it is really important to have enough sleep or just quality sleep.

For me, sleep is very important because it affects how my body feels physically. And you know, physical and mental kind of goes hand in hand.

Yeah, I completely agree Emma. I'm the same way. It definitely starts to affect me physically before it does mentally but they're definitely intertwined.

Hey, how are you? Sleep is very important. When I was younger, or when we're younger, we don't realize it as much and we don't need as much sleep. But I find the older I get, I require more and I feel better.

God, I feel like sleep is like when you recharge yourself, your brain, your thoughts, and when you like wake up you some sort of feel numb, and the numbness is some sort of like guiding me and like making me think about all the things.

Because the only time I can think clearly and make like good positive and like structured decisions are when like when I wake up and when I feel numb that's when everything is working out for me.

Everything gets affected when you don't get much sleep, your health, your hormones and subsequently your mental health.

Sleep is absolutely vital to your health and your mental health. Like it's literally a necessity. I don't know what kind of question this is. What?

To me it's super important because if I don't have enough sleep then I'm gonna be super tired, lack of energy, which means I will be unproductive and unproductivity would mean...

And then I would beat myself up for not being productive, which is why sleep definitely affects my mental health. Sleep is super important because if not it's just going to be a vicious cycle all over again.

Sleep is incredibly important and that's not just in the physical factor but also psychologically. When we sleep or reach that REM sleep, that's when our body takes its time to fix and look over everything that's going on.

Personally, I have insomnia, so it's very difficult for me to fall asleep and to stay asleep. And I also suffer from night terrors and sleep paralysis. But even then, it's so important for me to get some sort of sleep.

If you are not well rested, it's going to be that much more difficult for you to control your emotional outbursts. It's going to be harder to control the things you say and the things that you think simply because you just don't have the mental capacity for them at that moment.

Very important, very very important. If you don't sleep for a certain amount of days, your mental health will disintegrate and you'll start hallucinating and not making good decisions and yeah so it's very important. Sleep guys.

Sleep is important because if I don't have enough sleep I can't function well and it also affects the health, like it makes you obese, so it's very important to sleep well and early, like to maintain your circadian rhythm.
