Hey guys Jamie here with another question so recently I had to go to bloodwork rain and I was so terrified because I hate getting blood drawn from my arm I am terrified of needles they give me anxiety I can't like just just just even peanuts here makes me feel like I'm gonna faint so this is my question to you guys are you guys afraid of needles let me know and what are some things that can help to get over this fear I definitely do not like you

No I’m not afraid of needles. I’d suggest you to put earphones with music with some of your fav tunes
