He spoke nothing but facts are used to have the disease to please I used to be scared to say no and put everybody in front of me I will give my last dollar knowing that I needed it I would tell people yes knowing that if I told them yes then I wouldn't have the time to do what I needed to do for myself or my children never again know is my favorite word

And it's not even just because I just blatantly wanna say no or I want to be mean but if I don't say no to a lot of things if I don't openly and willingly say no and get in the habit of saying no then I am I'm setting myself up for failure and I'm just not having it anymore and every since I started seeing now my life started to just skyrocket I prospered
