I do not think therapy is a bad idea for anyone. It doesn't matter where you come from or what you do. I feel like in some sort of way we can all benefit from it. So yeah, I feel like everyone should go see a therapist at some point in your life.

Why? Again, no one has been able to answer this question. Everybody just says, yes, men should go to therapy and nobody can tell me why. Like tell me why.
Everybody thinks that they can counsel themselves until they get themselves in a sticky mental situation Where they're just fucking looping the tape looping the tape looping the tape and can't get past it some people don't even know what they're doing, our terrible coping mechanisms.
Now some people have down the work to dive deep on themselves and fucking undo the damage that they're doing on their own lives and not self-sabotage, but not everybody comes equipped with that button. And everybody experiences trauma.
I think if anybody needs a safe space to express themselves as a human, it's men because you all likely, some of you all have been brainwashed into thinking emotions aren't good and they're weak and that's probably why you have so much on your shoulders.
So maybe if men, since that's your specifying point, had a safe space where they could talk to another man who is licensed and there to listen, they could be more authentic about how they feel and that feels shamed about it.
It just honestly seems like the world has been, has really not been kind to y'all. And unless you have a safe space within yourself or a friend, a licensed professional could probably help.

Do you want to do drugs and that is based on your decision just like making your decision to go to therapy or making your decision if you don't want to go to therapy you know but in my opinion therapy is different for everybody so it can be a good or bad experience

Therapy can be good because you're able to talk out your feelings take out your emotions the past events but I can also lead to triggering a person or bringing back traumatizing events to the point where they can't even talk it out you know maybe it's just not the right
