Therapy is a necessity for everyone. You all sound dumb as fuck. You're not sensitive for being depressed, alright? If you need someone to talk to, then you need someone to talk to. Talk to a professional, it's okay, it doesn't make you a pussy.

People attend therapy for a multitude of different reasons. There's gonna be one set reason why people go to grieve the loss of loved ones. People go because they They need help managing their depression and talking to someone helps.

Some people go to help manage their addiction. There's many reasons why you should go to therapy and why it would be a good idea. especially if you're suicidal or suffer from addiction or have PTSD.

I can't tell you why every man in the world goes to therapy, but as someone who's been to therapy, as someone who has a boyfriend who's currently attending therapy, it has been the one thing that helps us.

I think you determine that yourself and how you're feeling mentally, but if as a man at any point you think, hey, maybe I need therapy, then there's nothing wrong with that and you should definitely go for it.

With access to proper mental health, there may be a likelihood of people committing less of these atrocities because they actually have the support that they need. Usually, people commit crimes like this because they need attention. need help.
