Yes, I feel like men should go to therapy. I'm not saying that you gotta go all the time. I'm not gonna say you have to do it religiously. But every once in a while, you should have a little session, you know, get your thoughts out. I feel like a lot of men try to have the burden in

Therapy, you might as well put that man in the desert and lead him into a mirage, leaving him desperate, thirsty, and looking for answers. Therapy is not a a good idea for men.

I believe that feeling depresses real. I don't believe that depression as a clinical disease is real So therefore you shouldn't receive therapy. It's good to have accountability partners who can you know correct you on your shit and and good for picking me up but yeah

Anybody can have therapy. Minds us a question. Anybody can go get therapy. Anybody who needs external help with their mental health can go and get it. Like what the fuck?

Yes, they do. Why? Because they need to.

I think pretty much everyone should go to therapy regardless of your gender.

Yes, it's not a must, but it's a good way to improve mentally. Not only for mental disorders, but also for normal stress such as burnout or racing hard. Besides, the therapy is a broad field and also psychotherapies can alleviate depressed symptoms and reduce the risk of relapse.

Especially the theories of therapy are very advanced so that certain diseases and mental disorders can be recognized and solutions can be found to reduce this burden.

Therefore, it is not determined whether you are male or female. Therapy is basically a help for anyone who suffers from mental or other difficulties.

So what do you call a mental disorder of not being able to realize what you need to realize? because once you realize it, can you dismiss it?

Bro, that's actually a pretty good question. I'm not really sure because I've never been to therapy, but I guess they advise them to do some yoga or meditation, which is good for their spirit, just to become self-aware, or they try some cognitive treatment methods.

I think it does not just subject to like men or women. Ugh. I think that therapy, if you need it, like process through if you're like stuck in a mental riot like it's healthy for anybody

But flags with therapy though are if you're using it to constantly dig up shit and not move on with your life You know what I'm saying like sometimes therapists, you know, they got to get paid. So if they're trying to make a problem out of something and look out for that shit.
