unhealthy habit of mine that I would like to change is my coffee consumption because I tend to drink too much coffee whenever I'm stressed with like school or have too many things to do and whenever I don't get enough sleep.

I have a really bad habit of biting my nails, but not just my nails. Like it gets to the point where if my anxiety is bad, it's like, bitten down to like, my skin. You know? Yeah.

Unhealthy have that and drinking soda sometimes instead of water I don't know I think it's all about balance right but I am working on rectifying my relationship with tobacco and not smoke

My unhealthy habit would be sniking late at night because I don't even eat healthy snacks at night. I eat like cupcakes and hot chips and Dr. Pepper and stuff like that. and I am working on it but it's been a struggle.

I feel like I sleep way too much even if I don't need to. Like I'll go to sleep at midnight but I'll still wake up at like 10 o'clock. even though I should be fine waking up at like seven or eight. So I need to figure that out.

I've been better at it, but whenever I get stressed or a strong emotion like that, I tend to eat. So it's like an emotional eater essentially.

I'm doing my best to now switch up my sleeping schedule because it is not good at all. I go to sleep really late and wake up really early and also snacking, snacking on random stuff.
