Oh I forgot to say this food fight game is in the VR quest two game called liminal it has a whole bunch of different mini games and it is supposed to help you with calming and stress and sleep and energy and having our experiences this is one of the things for energy so if you're fatigued and you can't or depressed and you can't really seem to get yourself going the high energy of this is supposed to make you feel more I guess energize it works sometimes sometimes it's just like people don't understand that fatigue is a medical thing that you can't just talk yourself into but there are times when I know I have like an energy like it's blocked or something in the sunblock suit
