Has anyone else kindly feeling under the weather the past week or so I just I feel like I'm constant just down and so tired and I don't know why I'm not really changing anything in my routine or anything it's just it's really weird

My mental health has actually been struggling quite a bit this last while. I cry a few times a day, but it's also a struggle to get mental health help in my area as well.

Yes, I have been feeling the same way. Like, it's like, I struggle a lot. Like, I just don't want to do anything around the house. Like, I don't want to do dishes. I don't want to do laundry. I don't want to do any kind of cleaning. Like there are some days where I don't even want to like get up.

I don't even want to get up in the mornings, but even like that is such a struggle and such a fight for me to get up in the mornings. I don't understand it.

Yeah, I've been feeling the same way. I've just been getting up and pushing myself through the days just to make sure I get done what I need to get done even though times are a little rough.

Yes, I definitely feel like I have yet to have a day within the past month that I just feel like super happy the whole day even if I'm feeling happy and having a good day it seems to always turn around.

Definitely, it's been a week for me. And it's like my body has gone into a state of freeze in a sense you know when they talk about fight flight or freeze

I think it could be because I'm like overloaded in my mind of things that I have to do and I'm like I have to write it down If I don't get this done then who's gonna do it and the kids need this the kids need that I need to do this I need to do that. It's overwhelming.

I am definitely struggling with my mental health at the moment so some days I am doing okay and then there are other days that I just keep having breakdown after breakdown and just overstimulated constantly so I don't know I'm struggling.
