What is your form of expression when you're going through it do you write do you call up your closest friends and then do you just kind of sit in it and wait for it to get better or do you ignore it

So what I like to do is a little bit of arts and crafts. So if you take some like thin paper, mine is pink, and then just roll a little piece of cardboard at one end and then you know fill the rest in with some herbal substances and then you roll it and set it on fucking fire.

Your reply has definitely made my day brighter. It gave me a good laugh. I appreciate that. I do that from time to time except in the food form.

I'm so glad. Sometimes like I, in my brain, I say shit and like, wow, Bernie, that was really f***ing funny. You killed it, but like sometimes I realize that I say things and it doesn't make any sense. So, yay!

It depends on the situation but generally for me I would record myself maybe video or voice because through that I could reassess my emotions. Why did I feel this way? What's the root cause of this and that?

At first it was weird for me because it's not really my thing before I would usually write it down. But as I go along with it, I do it from time to time, it became helpful for me.

I honestly think that's really great and thank you for sharing that with me. I appreciate it. I'm learning to figure out what are some ways for me to cope with things and it's been a fun process. Hard but a fun process.

For me it comes really in a different situation for example like if I'm depressed or sad I would journal it or if I'm currently like heartbroken I would sing it out with a karaoke or something.

I think those are great ways to express your emotions. I think for me when I am depressed or sad, I definitely try my best to start my day with music.

Yeah, no, I totally agree with you on that. Music does influence you a lot and it could start your day better. But when I was in my depression days, I would always put like sad songs and I learned a lot. Don't do that.

I didn't really realize this until I listened to your sound ****. But I guess yeah, I do this too. Like I sing my emotions. So like if I'll be in traffic, I'll be like, ooh bitches, if you don't move out the fucking way, I'm going to do you dirty.

For me personally, it's so important to have that extra help. So I go to therapy, but journaling, driving, being out in nature, things that will help you ground yourself to the moment. Remember, you're always going to get through it, you just need to breathe.

Thank you so much for sharing, honestly. I've thought about, you know, being one with nature or just kind of exploring different places and see what works for me and what doesn't during those moments.

That is a wonderful idea. I am very pro learn about yourself because sometimes we get so wrapped up in life paying bills, hanging out with friends that we forget who we are or what we like or we don't know each other at all. So it's so important for you to take time for yourself and realize who you are.

It's crazy you say that because that's literally what my journey has been this entire month, this week. Even more so and it's just scary but interesting.

It actually depends on how I feel at that moment. Sometimes I do have to write it down, sometimes I sing or do music. And sometimes I do express it to someone I'm safe with.

The last thing you want to do is ignore what you're going through. You want to allow those feelings to process. Extend it makes it easier on your inner self, your inner peace.

Personally, I like to sing sometimes or I listen to music because if we're being honest, music really helps you out in a lot of different ways mentally.

Either I'm sleeping or I'm going to work. That's really how I just deal with it. Thankfully I do have a sacred circle of some friends I can talk to, but even then I really don't utilize them like that.
