Yeah that's a good idea but I guess with writing what I have suggested to people is that you can always go back and look at what had happened to you in the past and then look back in hindsight that it wasn't big.
Also don't worry about sticking to the 15 seconds because it sounds like you're rushing through it and I could hear you being a little bit anxious and panicky. Don't worry you can leave several messages. A lot of people on this app do that.

I try to divert myself by listening to music. Sometimes I dance. I'm not a professional dancer but these are the things which really makes me happy. It heals me actually, music and dance.
But one thing I would like to suggest you, you can say that it's a free advice. If you really want to divert yourself, please do those things in your life which you are really passionate about.
