Well they don't necessarily have the same issues as you and I, you know, where you talk about regular stuff. These are people with a lifetime of problems.

And sometimes this is what hurts me like anything when I know that what exactly I want to say to this person and I'm just unable to put my words and It really hurts me.

I can give you is from what you tell me is for you to sit down and you understand your own feelings first because it seems like you don't even understand them yourselves. There's so much going through your head before.

Then I have to write them down so that way it's easy for you to understand yourself and then you can that way express your feelings to that person instead of you being confusing yourself and that other person with what you're trying to say and what you're trying to express.

If you think it's enough and they don't think it's enough, maybe that's not the right person because if you think you're trying hard enough, they should be valuing that and they should know that you're trying hard.

It's not healthy for you because if you are loving that person and you're showing that person and you think it's more than enough It will make you feel undervalued and you should never feel like that There will be other person out there that will value what you give

I think in this case the best option is to be honest because you don't want to be stuck in a relationship where you don't love the person or you're not feeling the same way. It's not fair to you or to them. So you have to be honest with them.

stay friends with them then you have to you know make sure that they know that you still want to be friends with them but at the end of the day it's their decision you can't control what they decide to do if they want to stay friends with you or not but the important thing is to be honest with them
