I've got so many different answers for this and I'm really not sure which one's right. What's everyone else think?

I want to say the guy on the left, he obviously uses his time to work, and that's what he's doing. The person on the right, he doesn't work very a lot, but I mean, it's obviously a good job because he's getting paid to have food. He's eating. So, I mean, what, do you want to say the person on the left is like most people?

This is one of the ways I was thinking but then I thought maybe it's do with how much free time someone has. However, the more I looked at it the more it didn't seem to work haha

I think it's saying, like, the worker works all the hours but only gets one fourth of the pay and the CEO or the head of the corporation only works for a few hours a day but gets the three-fourths of the pay. Like, that's what I think. Like, it's just saying that you can work all your life and still never get as high as the billionaires and millionaires.
