That’s easy….Eat a bucket of crickets 🦗 anytime. In south east Asia….like Thailand or Cambodia…we eat crickets. I remember growing up catching crickets in the summer night for fun. We deep fried them. They are very crunchy when you **** into it. It’s has a lot of protein which is good for your body too. 🤣🤣🤣
