Hey, Cashly Career, great sound ****. So mine is something that I look for in another partner as well, and that is communication because I think being able to communicate is key and I like communication from my partners.
I think mine would be being thoughtful, you know, and it didn't just happen over time. I need to work on this attributer skill in order for the relationship to work. So yeah.
For me, it is understanding the other person before being understood, because we can always communicate properly, but what is your intention? Do you really want to listen to me intently and see where I'm coming from or not?
This is a wonderful topic. For me, it's definitely humility. I am married and it's so important for you and your partner to both be humble enough to admit when you're wrong and even sometimes when you're not.
And communication plays a big part into this humility because you have to be able to understand that maybe you're not always right. And even if you're right, maybe now is not the moment to be right. Maybe now is just the moment to listen.
