Okay guys, you gotta tell me if you would try intermittent fasting or just stick to mindful eating. And if you have tried them, what are your thoughts on it?

I tried both of them and to be honest mindful eating works better for me as as intermittent fasting is quite hard to keep for a long period of time.

I have tried intermittent fasting and it didn't work for me so now I just did mindful eating.
