I have a question. What is your favourite food and why I'll go first. My favourite food is pizza because you could have it and any different style of ways, and you could add any topics, even make it your own, or you can make you healthy or not healthy.

My favorite food is lasagna. Since I was a kid I missed my mom's lasagna and now that I'm adults and I make lasagna twice or three times a week so...

Okay, so my favorite food is sushi, but in December my favorite food is tamales.

If you don't mind me asking, what are tamales? I hope I pronounced that correctly.

Yeah, so the Guatemalan tamales are made with corn paste and then the meat and then corn paste on top of it. And then you wrap it in a banana leaf and then you steam it. It's delicious.

When you said wrapped in a banana leaf, it's so similar to something that we make here in Jamaica called blue drawers Yeah, there's no meat in ours, but yeah.

Yes, water mali and tamales are very yummy. They're very delicious and yes, my family also makes them for Christmas and sometimes for special occasions.

Mine is definitely rice with mushroom sauce. It's just so yummy. Like the rice that's usually a part and like dry like gets almost rice and just like so yummy really I love it.
