Speaking from the lady's point of view, me personally, I would not, simply because having a child is a big responsibility and that whole transition into motherhood is not something that I feel should be put on someone new. That is a lot of pressure. I personally wouldn't.

I think it would ultimately depend on the mother's relationship with the father, but in almost every circumstance I can think of, I would not ever date a pregnant woman.
