I would say my upbringing made me depressed. I was raised by someone who was not happy and I didn't learn how to be happy. So what I did was I read books on self-help and I got more involved into spirituality.
You know, just now I'm starting to see what my traumatic event is. You know, I'm starting to see where it's coming from, where it's stemming from, why I feel a certain way. But, you know, that's why the Lord is with us or we would not know.
If you ask me seriously, then I would say when my closest people they don't talk to me or They don't even care about me That time I really feel depressed
And the remedies which I do is like I listen to music I dance Because these are the things which like lift up my mind in every time so I dance I sing I you
Well, I don't really consider it like being depressed for something but yeah, there are times that I really don't feel like doing something and if it's already being depressed and I just sleep and think that next day is a brand new day and I have to start again.
Yeah, because most of the time I feel like I'm down and I don't know what to do. It's just related to me being burned out or being pushed to my limits. And it's my brain and my body's way of saying to relax and rest. So yeah, I just have to sleep and the next day I'm good.
But just keeping my mind busy and just doing stuff like working out or just doing things that I love overall Listening to music that brings me up a lot and just trying to look good and feel good. It really does help a lot as well But yeah depression
What makes me depressed is living life the way that society or the world basically says that this is what you have to do in life. Like in order to be happy or successful or whatever, this is what you have to do. And I'm going to be talking about the
I don't think that's true. I say screw all that and do whatever makes you happy. Live the kind of life that you want to live. Like you create your own world. Literally I believe that. Your own happiness, your own success. So I do things that make me happy.
I think even like the tiniest things, the smallest things that other people may find insignificant, if it really genuinely makes you happy, do it. Just do whatever it is that makes you happy.
