I would say a solid 10, I would definitely be hitting it from the back or spreading your cheeks wide open, maybe take me about 10-20 minutes, maybe a 1.9 I would say, but for sure.
At the time, I had just a little bit of a fat but usually tall people to kinda hunch there back like that so there stomach can look smaller and the abs would be more defiant alot of body builders do it
Oh I got to work on the abs on the chest but the arms are like damn you're almost there just gonna lose some more fat and then I thought you would have a good build
