Hey guys this is pineapple planet do you have a bully how do you deal with your bully I'm a manager at a company I have a bully he was actually my last boss before I became the boss and he just got fired today and I'm kind of unpacking it and trying to figure it out but I how do you do with your bully mine just got let go you guys have a good day pineapple planet out

I love that you acknowledge that adults can have bullies as well and that it can cause just as much trauma for an adult to have a bully from another adult as it can for children. Thank you so much Haley moon yeah I just wanna put it out there that adult bullies do exist and like people don't really grow out of being a bully and yeah it's not as easy as kicking their ass and taking their name you get arrested for that so but it's also standing up to them is a little different as you're older and you're working at a company where you don't wanna lose your job you have to work side-by-side with bullies so yeah thank you so much pineapple planet out

Oh that must feel so good you're a better person than I am when it comes to unpacking things because I think you're allowed to celebrate when your bully kind of got what's coming to them right I have a bully as a matter of fact who is the person who is retiring and I am training to take their job and they quite literally will set me up To knock me down and make me feel stupid

I just keep being myself and they go on about their life like I don't let anyone get to me I've learned this in my old age my 40 some years on this earth I've learned just don't let other people get to you because it's out of your control they could be whoever they want if you want to look down on other people all the time that's a problem that you need to look in the mirror and deal with right peace
