More potentially stronger chemical get generated inside your body. So that's even better than weed. But you can only experience it if you meditate, you're happy, you have...

That way you can reap the benefit of those chemicals. Some of those chemicals are endorphins, serotonin, and there are so many that scientists don't even know.

The best thing for me is just making sure that I get enough sleep each night and skating, because I love skating, so you've got to have an activity that you enjoy doing.

I couldn't agree with you more. I definitely should pursue some kind of activity for sure. Doesn't matter if you have the time for it or not because nowadays people don't have a lot of time and it's an excuse.

I'm quite bad at coping with my anxiety, but I've been really inspired by boy George on I'm a Celeb with his meditation and breath work.

First of all, plenty of water, vitamin D, your vitamins, breathing techniques, breathing in, breathing out, slowly singing, that helps, and laughter. I wish you the best.

Singing and laughter, yeah, definitely. I prefer comedy over action or thrillers, documentaries, comedy anytime. You know comedy series, comedy.

I feel like the best way to preserve your mental health is to avoid comparison. Comparison is a killer, whether it be your physical attributes, your financial situation, your career, your lifestyle. Do not compare to anyone.

Hey guys, great answers. I have another one, mind control, making sure you're replacing all negative thoughts with positive. Remember, love beats hate, positive beats negative.

That's so true. Simple positive attitude, positive body language, positive stance and frame, the way you walk and talk, positive.

I was just saying I could not agree more. This is an absolute truth. No matter what, be positive all the time. Be solution oriented, not problem oriented.

I think that this could be a relief, this could prove to be a relief for a lot of people who cannot exercise because of some bodily limitations, you know, some physical injuries or something like that.
