absolutely. I'm extremely proud of that. I talked to myself all the time. I hung myself all the time. I make myself laugh. I have entered jokes with myself. It's amazing and everyone should do that.

I began hugging myself in elementary school as a confidence booster because I used to mumble, and I've come to find that it's absolutely beneficial to hug yourself to see yourself loving yourself, because seeing is believing.
