I have a question. What are you guys' coping skills? Because I really don't have one like Not skills. How do y'all guys cope? Because me I just listen to music and just try myself and forget about it like just Later I'll get over it. I was just convinced myself to get over it but how do you guys cope because I'm really trying to find a way to cope that will work for me because I I literally cannot cope.
