Okay, so I've had so many different like answers and opinions on this question, but would y'all consider weed a gateway drug?

No, I do not consider weed a gateway drug. That was propaganda from the war on drugs. But we actually have an endocannabinoid system in our body where we actually create our own cannabinoids and we have receptors so we can get them endogenously.

We get them endogenously, meaning we make them, or exogenously, meaning that they come from outside sources. So, no, weed is not a gateway drug.

No, yeah, I agree with you and I really like the explanation. I just, because I've had different people in my life tell me that it is or it isn't. So I really think it just depends on the person to be honest, but I don't think it is

A lot of people still think that it is, like seriously, it's that old school programming that started in the 70s into the 80s into the 90s about weed being a gateway drug. And that's why so many people have a problem with it being like legalized now.

And if you, so again, it's the ECS system, your endocannabinoid system. And the other challenge with that is it was only confirmed in the 90s. So there's doctors out there that didn't learn about it in medical school so they don't even know about it.

Absolutely not. Weed is not a gateway drug. Cocaine is a gateway drug.

No, you're right. I'm just I've had so many different people tell me that like it is and then it isn't so like I just wanted to hear different people's opinion, but I don't think it is to be honest.
