For me the best thing is to take a walk and to go really fast at the beginning until I can think about is how my heart is racing and then it seems to make everything fade away

Well anxiety isn't treated one universal way so it depends on that singular person I do think because they also have PTSD thing medication's been helpful but also being more mindful meditating doing yoga has been helpful as well

So I have a thing called intrusive thoughts and I'm already daydreamer so if I entertain these intrusive ideas and bad scenarios I do make myself super anxious

Me I feel like you need to identify that feeling like real yourself back and take deep breaths and try and calm down and just try and put your mind in a better place

Maybe like acknowledge your surroundings like say it out loud like oh that's a tree I can see a squirrel maybe talk about things you like us at all yes I like noodles I like to see my friends but yeah just try and break that cycle
