If there's one thing about Australians they know how to do it especially the filmmakers is that scare you yeah it's from the scariest place on earth everything they will kill you and even their horror films I'm telling you I was at a heart attack like nine times in this film taking place in South Australia run rabbit run starring the incomparable Sarah sneak this performance is stunning I put it up there with films like Midsommar and the witch absolutely a new favourite a Dana read as the Director she directed some of the first episodes of the handmaid's tale and we all know those are the best she also did shining girls amazing the cinematography is perfect this thing has you in its grips from the very first scene what the fuck is going on your anxiety will just build the jump scares her off the chain it's Psychological thriller that takes you places the gory horror films take you I don't know how they do it but they do Australians don't pull punches I should do a whole Australian thing most of my favourite horror films and especially psychological thrillers are from Australia they get you in the gut every time the realism is always there all right check it out it's on Netflix now and let me know what you think and I'll see you around
