Honestly, both of them are pretty good, but like, if you're talking about like, me in general, like being in one, I'll be in boxing. As someone that does Goju Ryu and has done Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, I'd rather definitely do MMA, just because it's something I'd prefer.

If I was in one, then boxing, but if I was to watch one, then honestly still probably boxing but MMA is like really interesting, so maybe MMA, but overall boxing.
