So I just learned about something called CSA which stands for community supported agriculture and it's basically supporting local farms and agriculture that they grow and it has obviously fresh food fruits veggies that are grown based on the season and do you wanna see can't get any fresher than that and so I've been getting local delivery every week and the nutrient density and the flavor is just crazy different than just buying something that's not organic
That's so crazy I always knew that there was some type of business that deals with that with passing out organic fruits and veggies but I just never knew that it was here around me I always thought that he would've been in another state but I definitely want to want to learn more about that because I go to the farmers market almost every two weeks but sometimes they don't have everything that I need
