I don't think this is necessarily a question about sex versus the ability to exhibit emotional intelligence and be aware the question really falls to who has worked on themselves the most

I've only speak for my own experience because I'm a woman but I am not emotional woman so a lot of women are not that emotional and a lot of men are emotional you just got a notice the difference
