I'm not gonna sit here and act like I have any time fitness goal journeys goals I don't because my metabolism is a lot different than others my weight stays the same arm
Even though I'm a bigger person I really don't look like it my legs and very muscular and I have a Lotta mass muscle and water weigh more than anything so I really don't have a weight-loss goal but do not eat work that much
