My favorite tea is a blend that I make and this is it. So I put red raspberry leaf, Damiana, lemon balm, chamomile, roses and holy basil. Oh my gosh it's so amazing. Anytime a day but really when you want to kick back relax.

Hey, so I have local herbal shops around me, so I'm blessed enough that they have quality organic herbs. And yeah, whatever I want to whip up, get it added to my apothecary.

Fun fact though, if you have an LLC and you have an EIN number, there's a great herbal wholesaler online called Mountain Rose Herbs and you get so much bang for your buck.

I love that yogi tea, but I also love vanilla chai. And I'm actually getting into learning how to make my own because I'm a gardener.

I love that idea of growing your own herbs and ingredients for your own tea. I would love to know more information about that, what you've learned, what you do learn in the future. I love to garden too. Keep me posted.

I sure will. I'm like trying to get my hands on the lost book of herbal remedies, but then I've also started making a list of like the edible flowers I want to grow because they make good teas.

I love peppermint tea and this tea by Aveda. Aveda tea is really expensive but it's still good.
