This sound **** is all about yoga. Have you ever tried yoga? How do you feel about it? Do you like it? Do you have a favorite kind of style of yoga you practice or a pose even? Yoga at first glance almost seems like way too passive. That's what I first thought. And then I started doing it and I was like damn, you need a lot of control. Core strength, balance, and a lot of the moves aren't as easy as they look. How do you guys feel?

Honestly, piece of prosperity. Uh, honestly, I have never tried yoga a day in my life. I probably would hurt my muscles trying that. There you go. Uh, uh, uh.

You can hear your whole laugh at the end. I love it man. Yeah, if you were to try it, try it, go slow. Maybe start with a Yin, Y-I-N yoga class. Super, super passive.

Oh man Weston, yeah some of those poses are no joke. Definitely start with a beginner class you feel because mm-mm. There's some poses I won't even touch yet. I don't blame you.

Now, everyone would ask the same question and say, I've tried it and my favorite post is the one that I saw on Google. My favorite post is the Basala. Yeah, that's a Buddhist name.

You are so lucky to come into this world with mindful practices and maybe even some conscious parenting too. That sounds like a real blessing. Child's Pose, to.

I've done yoga many times but it only worked once and I had this experience that I can't really describe but I can tell you it was really good and that's why I kept doing it.

That's so beautiful, Hazel. It sounds like for that experience it was pretty spiritual and energetic, huh? I feel that even if it's not happening on such a noticeable scale every time you do yoga...

Girl, when I first walked in, like the first few minutes, I was like, I can't breathe. I was like, I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I was like, why am I doing this? But then eventually you get kind of into it, you know, you get used to it. But at first I was like, what am I doing?

I have actually tried yoga for myself for like PTSD and my anxiety in my brain so I think yoga is pretty good. It doesn't really help me with like working out, yes and no, because I need more weights, but yoga is really good.

Hey, that's really awesome, especially since it helps with your PTSD and anxiety Quick question. Do you have like a regimen or schedule that you do for yoga to? Do you regulate your nervous system or do you do it whenever you feel like it?
