I think that there's no way I can answer this question, but also I think that a direct communication between you and whoever you feel like is hating on you may help heal the wound because it sounds like it hurts.

I mean yeah I agree you have to have that direct communication between the two parties but one got hurt more than either so that other person might not be hurt
