Yeah, I definitely want to have the right information out there about PTSD because there are so many stigmas and misinformation about PTSD in general, and people have looked down upon people who have PTSD, and I'm like, no, don't look down upon us. Learn about us. You know, educate yourself so that you can give the proper support.

I encourage everyone to do their research on PTSD, learn the facts, and because of psychological research that has been done and scientific research that's been done so far, there's been a lot of updates about PTSD. There's more understanding to PTSD in general, so I strongly encourage people to properly educate themselves.
