Hello, my name is Ye Jones. I'm with the New Independent Fundamental Baptist Movement. Now, once the doors start closing in on people that believe in work salvation, and they see that the Bible hammers in the message of faith, they start saying, well, maybe it's faith and works. Now, according to Matthew chapter 7, verse 21 to 23, that's not true. Now, it says, not everyone is saved unto me. Lord, Lord shall enter into the kingdom of heaven, but he that doeth the will of my Father, which is in heaven. Many will say unto me, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name, and have we not cast out devils, and in thy name have we not done many wonderful works? And then I will profess unto them, I never knew you depart from me, ye that work iniquity. Now, we need to look up what the Father's will is. The Father's will, according to John chapter 6, verse 40, is to believe on the Son. Now, these people that Jesus is referring to, they're trusting in their works and their teachings and them casting out devils and to get them in heaven. And on that day, if they don't do the Father's will, which is to believe on the Son, Jesus will say he never knew them. Now, he used to know them because you can't lose your salvation, but he never knew them. Let's go to Romans chapter 4, verse 5. It says, but to him that worketh not, but believe on him that justifieth ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. Notice what that says, worketh not. Now, lastly, let's just go to Romans chapter 11, verse 6, to, you know, punch this into your brain in case you don't understand yet. It says, if it is by grace, then it is no longer of works. Otherwise, grace is no longer grace. But if it is by works, then it is no more grace. Otherwise, work is no more work. Now, it couldn't be any more clear than that. We're only saved by faith, by grace through faith, not of works. This can't be any clearer.
