Thank you, Dreamy. I very much appreciate your comments and your encouragement as well. Much love to you as well, beautiful. Yeah, I love this quote. You know, it talks about repeated childhood trauma. Excuse for my child coughing in the background. She's recovering from a summer cold. Yeah, it's hitting our family pretty hard. I'm like, oh, there's a cold in the summertime as well. That's interesting. Next message.

So repeated childhood trauma does cause a person to live in a constant state of hypervigilance. I still have hypervigilance to this day and I've been out of my childhood home for over a decade so yes, especially where I've had trauma even throughout my adult life by someone who took advantage of my childhood trauma. Um, yeah, it's definitely something.

So having a quote like this to read and to encourage other people who also have complex trauma, it's definitely, it helps me feel seen and it helps me, I hope it helps others feel seen as well. And you know, sheds light on what trauma does to a child and what it does to people because we need the right information out there.

This is entirely accurate I also recommend not getting a therapist that's in love with you because when you start to expose your childhood trauma and then you're beginning to uncover a reoccurring themes stuff that just lay lay and that if you have somebody that's attracted to you not gonna be able to process it fully and you're just gonna be stuck in it and living in it for the next eight months of your life so don't do what I did

Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry that you experienced this in your life where you had a therapist have more focus on having feelings for you versus helping you through your childhood trauma. Yes, never have personal feelings for your therapist and that should be the same vice vice versa because it is a conflict of interest, especially when you're dealing with trauma.

I don't know, I don't really believe in that childhood trauma shit, because when I was younger, my dad would throw me around like a fucking football, so, I don't know. I mean, I understand people are different than all that shit, but me personally, I just think that shit out. You know, we men, we're supposed to be strong. Me and your girl, I mean, I understand that shit, but us as guys, we need to be strong about that shit, you know. Don't let that shit get to us. Don't ask shit out basically.
