What is one piece of advice you would give to a new mom? For me, I would probably say get as much sleep as you can now. Do not stay up late because once they come, you are not getting any sleep.

Definitely agree with the sleeping part and also not to worry so much about like having absolutely everything because I see so many people with long lists of things they think they need and half the time you don't actually need them.

Everybody says this but sleep when the baby's sleeping. You need your sleep if you are not well rested you are just it's just more issues so sleep when the baby sleeps and try your best to get any sleep that you can.

I agree with the sleep thing. I would also say this is, I know it kind of sounds like, kind of silly, but just don't beat yourself up. Like, it's going to be really hard at times, but just give yourself a lot of grace, especially as a new-
