I believe music affects people's health. I know whenever I listen to happy, hyped music, I feel better and energetic. And whenever I'm listening to songs that are more on the sad side, I do feel a bit sad and I don't feel as energetic. So something that I'm doing lately is to listen to music that makes me feel good and avoid listening to music that is negative or has very low beats that make me feel, I don't know, weird.

Definitely. Music can affect your health. It depends on what frequency of music you're listening to. You're listening to something happy. You want to be on the happy vibe. You want to be on the happy vibe.

Music helps my mental health so much, oh my god. Literally the moment I'm irritated, frustrated, angry, and I just play music, I automatically feel like a sense of relief because it just makes me happier for sure.
